In the morning, the bar in the Naos building operates like a real specialty coffee shop: precise flat whites, silky cappuccinos, strong cortados, lattes, and mochas, as well as matcha lattes and chai lattes. Choose your milk (cow, oat, almond), freshly brewed, with perfect microfoam and controlled temperature.

The smell of freshly ground beans fills the air, steam whistles, and hot cups arrive quickly—to drink on site or take away before your first climb. Next door, premium teas (grand crus and alpine infusions) and thick grand cru-style hot chocolate. For snacks: homemade cakes, warm cookies, banana bread, and granola bowls.

The experience is clear: Ben, our Australian barista, will be able to give you clear advice according to your tastes. The tableware is elegant, the space cozy with a view of the slopes, and the service is fast without compromising on quality. Après-ski takes over with Mont-Blanc beer on tap, a selection of wines, and always something sweet to share.
